Text Box: Belong. Believe. Become. These are the three foundations that make the B-SQUAD the "Be-Squad." First, we want to be a place where students come to belong. Through warmth and hospitality, we want to show the young people of our community that there is a better way of being than scratching for the front of the line or the top of the social ladder. We teach kindness, generosity, and openness. Second, we want those students who have joined us as a part of our community to believe in the good news of Jesus. Only the love of Christ frees us from our sin and ourselves so that we can truly live. We teach the importance of scripture, prayer, and personal holiness. Finally, we encourage our students to become more fully formed in their discipleship by serving the least, the lost, and the left out of the community and the world just as Jesus would. We teach self-sacrifice, love of neighbor, and social holiness.
